In terms of colors, I mainly saw golden and light green light. The cleansing began in my crown chakra, then the third eye, a very long time in my solar plexus chakra, and then briefly in my heart and throat chakras. A band with a furry, dark "something" was removed from my third eye. Then the cleansing energy went into my left wrist for a very long time. Sabine R., from Halle Dear friends! First, my heart center was expanded. It was like drifting into lightness and joy with a light, cool breeze. My jawbones, teeth, and gums began to tingle. My teeth feel like they are embedded in a healing field. My stomach relaxed, and there, too, I could feel lightness and warmth. My shoulders and arms were flooded with energy in a wave-like rhythm. My legs and feet were flooded as well. Every now and then I would experience a pulling or slight stabbing sensation, which dissolved into relaxation. My face relaxed even more, and then my neck muscles were flooded with energy. It felt as if my head was being moved lightly and gently. Slight pulling and stabbing pains appeared again, but then disappeared. Relaxation set in, as if my head had been wrapped in cotton wool. This repeated itself several times. My complaints/issues: panic attacks, joint pain, lack of trust
Immediately upon starting, I experienced a pulling pain in my left knee and lumbar region – this lasted for a while but then went away.
Afterwards, I felt a pleasant warmth at the back of my head and neck, which slowly spread along my spine to my lumbar vertebrae – this warmth remained until the end of the treatment.
We continued with the paranasal and frontal sinuses, which were completely “cleaned” – you could feel it because you could breathe openly and freely.
Then the pain in my knee started again, which then turned into a feeling of heaviness in my entire left leg – and it persisted until the end.
I also noticed that I felt much freer and more relaxed inside – there was no tension or fear left – in fact, I could feel the "fear" leaving my body. My entire body was able to relax and simply enjoy everything.
At the end of the field exposure, I felt really cold because my system was shutting down. And what struck me: I had a lot more energy after just a few minutes of exposure!
