    July. A month of extremes.


    The quality of time in July 2025. Opposites without shades of gray.

    Maybe you already feel it.


    A field full of dance, song, laughter and lightness .

    A vitality that rushes through your cells. A light that wants to go out into the world. Enjoy it. Share it. Let it spread so that others can feel it too.

    And the other field. Heavy, dark, full of sadness .

    Maybe it feels deeper than ever before. Accept it. Breathe. Let everything suppressed rise to the surface. Let the tears flow, feel the fears, give space to the anger. Wrap yourself in safety. Withdraw if you need to. Trust that this phase, too, will pass.

    On the international stage, things remain wild . Chaotic. Restless. Like the sea that never calms down. Perhaps you feel untouched by it, perhaps you feel the waves. Observe. Without judgment. Be a witness. Don't let yourself be swept away by the waves. Not everything that rages outside is part of your reality.

    To all who want to help. Pause. Don't help without being asked. Every pain contains wisdom. Some processes need to be undertaken alone.

    You master your own spiritual development.

    The quality of time in July 2025 is clear. An energy of opposites. It knows no nuances. Extremes, joy and sadness. Light and shadow. Both are allowed. Both are part of you.

    And at some point, when you breathe, when you remember, the light will return. Perhaps very quietly, like a first whisper. It breathes to you: "This too shall pass." Everything is in flux.

    And then you will shine.

    Letting Go Ritual - Transformation for Sadness, Anger and Fears

    • Take a blank sheet of paper.
    • Decide whether you want a separate sheet for each feeling (anger, fear, sadness) or write everything on one sheet.
    • Write down everything that comes to mind—words, sentences, images, names, places, memories. Just let it flow. Everything is right.
    • Burn the leaf mindfully.
    • While doing this, think: “With these flames I release everything from my physical and subtle body, from my entire system.
    • Afterwards, give yourself a moment of silence and feel the freedom.
